We understand that sometimes a fragrance might not be the perfect fit. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning and receiving a refund for your Elegant Fragrances products.

What can be Returned?

  • Retail Purchases: You may return unopened, unused, and undamaged retail products within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Original packaging: The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Receipt: Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

What cannot be Returned?

  • Used or damaged products cannot be returned.
  • Personalized or custom-made products: This includes any product altered to your specifications.
  • Items not suitable for return: This includes products that degrade quickly, have a short expiration date, or cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., unsealed perfume).
  • Wholesale Orders: Wholesale orders are subject to different return policies. See details below.

Wholesale Return Policy

  • Non-Customized Products: Unopened, unused, and undamaged wholesale products can be returned within 4 days of receiving your order. These products must be in their original packaging.
  • Customized Products: Unfortunately, customized wholesale orders cannot be returned.

  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return your items.
  • Please note: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining proof of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipment.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
